 2009 Blu-Ray Steelbook Release List

2009 was where it all began to change for blu-ray steelbooks and it stepped up a level, we saw the beginning of the end of the 'Blu-Ray' banner with the release of Terminator 2, 2009 also brought the UK's first and last G2 sized stickerbook (still officially a steelbook), this was a blank steelbook case which came with stickers to 'pimp your steelbook'. We also saw our first retailer exclusive 'Star Trek' by play.com, this remains one of the UK's most sought after steelbooks, new and sealed copies are fetching over £120 on eBay.
